Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Yacobewell, we understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.

  • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

3. Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen situation (such as illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Refunds & Prepaid Services

  • Deposits and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

  • Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
